The demolition of the old existing fire center #3 in August made way for the new Company #3 fire station. The new 11,000 sq.ft station will include 5 bays, a bunk room, a training area and main area including a kitchen. The entire structure is expected to be completed in April 2024. A Memorial wall using bricks from the original station will be built in the entry hall of the main entrance.
The Goldfish Swim School located in the Cromwell Square Plaza is advancing with both interior and exterior work. It is targeted to open early 2024.

Fully developed, equipped Fire & EMS Station with commercial kitchen, conference and meeting space, training features, living quarters and PPE maintenance and storage. Five Apparatus bays housing a Tanker, Engine/Pumpers, Ambulances, UTV’s, Service Vehicles and a Forestry Vehicle. Building is from multi-wythe masonry and masonry veneer with architectural precast features, EPDM roof with a standby electrical generator. Building is fully sprinklered utilizing a fire pump system. This Fire Station has been long awaiting in the Lisbon Community and is all locally funded.

This build out is a flavor lab that includes new office space, 13 lab rooms enhanced with natural lighting and a central stainless steel stringer focal point staircase leading to the 2nd floor labs and additional offices and meeting rooms.
