This 3 story 20,048 SF office building is an exciting new project located off Route 2 in downtown Glastonbury, CT. This is a slab on grade 1st floor and Slab on Deck for the 2nd and 3rd floors. A Boston Blend Veneer stone to 9’ will wrap the first floor exterior with James Hardie lap siding on the rest of the building. Aluminum wrapped wood windows by Marvin compliment the exterior finish. The 3rd floor offices will contain high end finishes and will be the owners build out.
$8.1 million on budget and on time project. This project began in July 2019 with a possible (COVID compliant) opening for mid -October 2020. This is a one floor, 11,800 sq. ft. building featuring an adult room with reading area, natural light windows, teen space , a children’s room and two community rooms. The new library will receive “LEED v 4 BD+C” certification for sustainable design.
Hamden Juvenile Treatment Facility- Phase I and II
The renovation of Phase I for this treatment facility began in March 2020, with Phase II starting in August 2020. This project is a combined 19,000 SF single story interior demolition and reconfiguration project for new construction of detention rooms with support spaces. Sitework includes a basketball court and recreation area with high security fencing. Durable finishes enhance the interior, which includes high security access control, surveillance and communications facilitating safety.
The Lyme Consolidated School project includes the Stage/Gymnasium floor replacement and HVAC system upgrade. A specialized Dynaforce synthetic floor system is being installed.
