Overview: Orlando Annulli & Son, Inc. is seeking an experienced field commercial Site Superintendent with a minimum of 5 years experience. The Applicant must have a strong carpentry background and experience in concrete. The Applicant must have 5+ years of experience in construction and must be OSHA 10 and /or 30  certified. Applicant must be able to read blue prints, have scheduling skills and the ability to conduct safety and project job meetings. In addition, the Applicant must be able to manage and supervise all on-site personal, schedule and finish projects in a busy construction environment . The Applicant should have excellent English communications skills and having experience in Raken Report is a plus.  Schedule: Minimum 8-hour shift. 5-7 years minimum experience. Minimum Education: BS/BA in Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Engineering or related discipline. Commercial/Industrial construction project management experience with accent on design/build work.  Proven skills in: Math, writing, verbal English communication skills, ability to focus, detail oriented, highly organized. Preferred skills: Supervisory experience.  Proficiency in material costs, LEED philosophies, and construction methodology is a must as well as familiarity with Adobe, MS office Suite and MS Project software. 

Overview: Well established, family owned, reputable commercial construction company is currently searching for a seasoned Construction Project Manager. Qualifications include 5-7+ years of construction project management experience with a strong background in commercial /industrial/municipal and design/build construction work. Building and site construction (Vertical and horizontal) knowledge and experience with complex projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in project management and proposal writing, adept with reading and interpreting building plans and specifications. Should be experienced in leading and directing an assembled team and possess excellent communication skills with a strong math aptitude. Should have excellent verbal English communication skills, ability to focus, be detail oriented and highly organized. Should be a team leader. Proficiency in material costs, LEED philosophies, and construction methodology is essential.

The Applicant must have a minimum 5+ years of experience in construction and must be OSHA 10 and /or 30 certified. .Applicant must have own transportation and have excellent English communications skills.  Schedule: Minimum 8-hour shift.  Work Location: Pending on project location.
