and is to be completed in just 5 weeks. In fact it was completed ahead of
schedule by a week. The project was designed by Vincent Cusumano
Architects of New York, NY.

the Summerset Square located in Glastonbury, CT. The 5,000 square
foot project, which includes an elevator, was designed by L'Arc Architects
of West Hartford, CT.

Ground was
broken in Tolland, CT for the new athletic facility in May 2009. The project includes a 105,000 square foot air structure, that is 74 feet
high, and a 37,600 square foot multipurpose building that has a snack bar,
exercise and weight facilities and a competitive sized swimming pool. The project was designed by Fred Marzec
Associates of Norwich, CT. When the complex is completed in
September
2010, it is to
be 142,600 square foot in size.

breaking ceremony was held on May 3, 2009 for the start of the addition
and renovation project located in Manchester, CT. The project was
designed by Lawrence Associates of Manchester, CT. The 5,000 square
foot project is a design-build project that is to be completed in June 2010.

Auburn, MA will be starting in September 2010. The 29,287 square foot
project was designed by Studio One Inc. Architect and Planners of
Springfield, MA. The
project is expected to be completed in 9 months.

by Annulli. The 2,515 square foot project was designed by Karl

completed an extensive renovation of an old Victorian House located in
Moosup, CT. The project was completed in February 2009 and was
designed by Fred Marzec Associates of Norwich, CT. Major interior
and exterior renovations to the 6,562 square foot house to bring the
property up to code and to maximize functionality.

This is one of five location for the family owned market chain that
specializes in fresh quality products with the highest standards of
service. The 21,308 square foot facility was completed in November,
2005 and designed by Planmark, Inc. of Eden Prairie, MN.

From start to finish, this facility was on the fast track being completed
in just six months. The 120,000 square foot facility was completed
in January, 2004 and was designed by Russell & Dawson of East Hartford,
CT. This project was a design build, pre-engineered metal building
facility where the completion time was dictated by weather and the start
of indoor soccer. The pre-engineered metal building was furnished by
Varco Pruden.

| A new senior
apartment facility was completed for Lutheran Assisted Living at
Middletown, Inc. The 100,000 square foot facility was designed by
Chia-Ming Sze Architects, Inc. of Boston, MA. The project was
completed in December 2005 in 16 months. Half of the units had
additional design criteria required by CT Housing Financing Authority,
which financed approximately 50% of the project. Each unit was made
as a prefab unit by Penn Lyon Homes Corporation of PA and trucked to location in Middletown,
CT, where it was installed by crane.
